Combined District Radio Cabs was incorporated as a company on 17th August,1976.  This incorporation included taxis from Wyong, Toukley, The Entrance, Terrigal and Gosford.

The cabs on The Peninsula operated as a network –Woy Woy and District Radio Cabs separate from Combined District Radio Cabs from 1959 until 1984 when they joined Combined District Radio Cabs.

From its incorporation in 1976, Combined District Radio Cabs has made a number of changes of address.  Starting in Wyoming at the Boral Complex, from there to offices in the West Gosford Shopping Complex.  Then to a factory unit in Glennie Street, North Gosford and now to its present location at Manns Road, West Gosford.

The communications centre has been upgraded from a full Audio Dispatch to a partial Computerised Dispatch, then to a fully Computerised Dispatch System with a GPS Tracking Device for security.
